Cobra XRS 9530

The Cobra XRS 9530 is one of three 12-band, high-performance radar/laser detectors (XRS 9330, XRS 9430, XRS 9530) from the Cobra XRS series. It’s a step up from the 9430 in that it replaces the standard ultra-bright data screen with an advanced DigiView Data Display that provides more easily recognizable digital text.

Like its immediate counterpart, the detector uses Xtreme Range Superheterodyne technology to detect 12 radar/laser bands from 360 degrees, and then relay the information via a Voice Alert functionality. More importantly, the XRS 9530 provides anti-law-enforcement protection in that it can detect VG-2 or Spectre-I anti-radar police detectors. Additional features include detection of the presence of emergency vehicles, road hazards and railroad crossings.
