The Rocky Mountain Radar Phazer 3 is a mid-cost laser/radar scrambler. Rocky Mountain Radar emphasizes the fact that the Phazer 3 increases the laser scrambling power of previous models by 50%. This scrambler scrambles all radar bands (including X, K, Ka, Superwide, Pulse, POP and Instant-on), as well as all laser guns in use in North America today.

The Phazer 3 also comes with a 12 volt jack for hooking up to a radar detector (which Rocky Mountain Radar recommends). Like all of Rocky Mountain Radar's laser/radar scramblers, the Phazer 3 comes with a one year ticket rebate, which means that Rocky Mountain Radar will reimburse you for any radar or laser ticket you receive using the Phazer 3 within the first year of purchase. The Rocky Mountain Radar Phazer 3 comes with a three year warranty.
